The role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from enquiry through to lease signing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing rental enquiries, booking and confirming inspections
* Conducting open for inspections and private viewings
* Processing tenancy applications and presenting recommendations
* Assisting with lease preparation, sign-ups and file compliance
* Providing feedback to the property management team and landlords
* Ensuring online advertisements and marketing are accurate and up to date
About you:
You’re energetic, well-presented and comfortable dealing with a wide range of people. You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoy working to clear processes and timelines.
Ideally you will have:
* Experience in leasing, real estate sales support or property management (or strong customer service with a passion for real estate)
* A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* A reliable car and current driver’s licence
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
