Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Buyers Agent located in Brisbane, QLD. The Associate Buyers Agent will assist clients in finding, evaluating, and securing residential properties tailored to their needs, providing expert buyer representation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property research, attending property inspections and auctions, negotiating purchase terms, liaising with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and other key partners, while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
* Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide an exceptional client experience
* Possession of or eligibility for a Real Estate License in Queensland
* Knowledge of Residential Real Estate trends and practices
* Experience in Buyer Representation and strong negotiation skills is desired but not essential
* Sales skills and experience in achieving client-focused outcomes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for inspections and meetings
