Requirements

* Experience in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
* Experience leading and developing a team
* Ability to understand, interpret, and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage
* Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
* Sound understanding of food safety concerns
