Employment Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Full Time of 38 hours a week, 5 days a week
Pay: Up to $38.10 per hour Plus Super
About Goodstart Nelson Bay
* Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Nelson Bay is a 59‐place centre.
* Individualized Curriculum: The centre is Rated Meeting National Quality Standards and follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
* Required experience: To join this passionate and dedicated team – a solid background in early childcare is needed.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programmes for children.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
* Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

You'll Need
* Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
