With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be reporting directly to Customer Experience Manager, where you will support administrative duties and implementation of strategies to reward, grow and retain existing and new business.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your administrative skills and knowledge of events to the test to drive customer engagement and visitation.A few of your responsibilities:Assist the Premium Guest teams to identify and implement opportunities to grow their business and support senior leaders with the day-to-day business administrative needsEnsure Premium Business processes, promotional activities and events are timely and cost effectiveWork closely with our marketing events team to ensure clear communication with the Premium Guest team to increase event attendanceEffectively manage the guest data lists and CRM platform to ensure the business is engaging with our guest databaseProvide meaningful reporting solutions to business leaders along with recommendations to the leadership team to improve business effectivenessWhat we are looking for:Previous experience within gaming and/or administrative experienceCompetent technology skills including data base managementEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbout you:You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You excel at managing tasks and assisting teams to explore and develop business opportunities.
