Support Officer Retail – Shire of Carnarvon, Part‐time, Salary: $30,000–$60,000
About the Role
We are looking for a Support Officer Retail to join our growing team on a casual basis. As a key member of the branch, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the safe storage of rural products
* Handle, receive and dispatch store stock
* Perform rural products and logistics support tasks
* Provide administrative support for sales processing
* Perform rural products sales in store as well as general shed and yard duties
About You
* Be committed to high‐quality customer service
* Have an understanding of agriculture products, client needs, the region and competitors
* Have demonstrated high‐quality written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills
* Be able to work independently with good time management
* Ideally have some previous sales experience
* Have a driver's licence; Forklift and HR Truck licence preferred but not essential
