Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Uphold and assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
* Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective delegation and efficient task management.
* Execute visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
* Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, take accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.
