ABOUT THE ROLE
We're searching for a hands‑on, confident Leading Hand who can run a small team and keep jobs moving on‑site.
You'll be doing things like:
* Leading a team on various fencing + gate installation projects
* Working primarily with rural fencing but on occasion - chainwire, timber, panel fencing, colourbond, handrails, concreting and more
* Organising materials and general yard duties
* Operating and maintaining plant and equipment
* Driving a safety‑first culture
* Working away (allowances paid) on 10/4 roster
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have fencing and/or construction experience
* Can weld and use hand tools confidently
* Are reliable, motivated and can take charge
* Understand safe work practices
* Hold a White/Blue Construction Card
* Have relevant tickets (or are willing to obtain them)
* Hold an Open driver's licence and have reliable transport
