Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily finance operations.

* Develop annual budgets and accurate monthly forecasts by translating operational insights into actionable data.
* Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and contribute to improving financial performance.
* Enhance financial systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

This candidate will have tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting, 3+ years of leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with accounting software. For example, they must be proficient in using Opera, Zambion, Purchase Plus, and Sun to manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial processes across the property.
