**ABOUT SOME OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:
- Account Management_
- You're great with building and maintaining strong and fruitful relationships. You are keen to understand & manage expectations of the relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting on agreed performance indicators.
- Work towards improving and adding value to the culture of our clients according to their requirements and our People Economics Philosophy.
- HR Consultation_
- Review and update HR Manuals and Contracts as required.
- Conduct appraisals as per Wall Street procedure.
- Use your flair for language to write vibrant and detailed Position Descriptions using the Wall Street Philosophy.
- Recruit new hires across varied clients.
- Make sure that employee goals and organisational goals are aligned and focused on outcome driven objectives.
- Make sure that all HR documentation is up to date and records are kept according to Wall Street procedure.
