**Digital Producer**
We are seeking a Digital Producer to work between our retail partners and our Growth and Retailer Experience teams to make sure that new retailers are able to get up and running with EQL in the shortest possible time-frame. You will own some critical processes, and you'll make us stronger by documenting and streamlining them, enabling us to serve more retailers more efficiently, and generating more momentum and mutual understanding in our relationships. You'll also work closely with our product teams as we automate and build tools for retailers to serve themselves.

- Coordinate projects end to end by ensuring all activities and outcomes are are documented, tracked and met according to agreed project timelines
- Deeply understand and document the steps required to successfully onboard or expand a retail partner
- Manage the onboarding and expansion process for each of our retailers, ensuring that timelines are understood, deadlines are met, and communication flows clearly and honestly between internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks calmly and with empathy
- Maintain relevant documentation
- Actively seek and recommend process improvements
- Work with Product to identify the highest-value opportunities for product improvement
**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of technical project management or producer experience in a digital agency or software company - we have a strong preference for experience in a software environment.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and processes including Agile.
- Good planning and problem solving skills with product management and engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables and timelines
