The role: Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of Workers Compensation claims Determine liability and drive claims strategy through to resolution Collaborate with internal leaders on reporting and portfolio insights Deliver sustainable return-to-work outcomes while supporting injured workers What we’re looking for: Demonstrated Workers Compensation case management experience, with exposure to end-to-end claim ownership Solid, practical understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and defensible decision-making Confidence navigating mixed injury portfolios, including psychologically complex and sensitive matters Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders Keen to learn more?
