McIntosh & Son Esperance is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operator/Store Person, who is self-sufficient, organised and able to prioritise competing demands.
About the role:
This is a full time, permanent position where you will be performing a variety of warehousing, inventory and stocking duties relating to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
What you’ll be doing:
Receiving and checking the arrival of inventory supplies, freight forwarders and local suppliers.
Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate supply.
Picking and packing orders for dispatch, using the appropriate computer operating system.
Recording product quality issues.
Participating in stocktakes.
General Warehouse duties.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Previous experience in a medium warehouse workplace (desired)
Current and valid driver's license (Essential)
Forklift ticket (Essential)
Ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain a sense of urgency
High accuracy and low error rates in counting, recording and data entry of parts information
