True Synergy is a boutique consulting and event management company supporting professional associations, conferences and industry events across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are primarily member-based professional societies operating in the STEM and environmental sectors.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator to join our small and collaborative team.
This is a varied and creative role suited to someone who enjoys working across design, marketing and communications. You will play an important role in developing and applying brand identity across conferences, events and professional organisations, helping bring projects to life from concept through to delivery.
Working closely with the True Synergy team, you will help produce engaging and professional marketing materials across websites, social media, event environments and digital communications.
The Role
This role supports the creative development and delivery of marketing and communications across multiple events and organisations.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the development and application of brand guidelines across events and organisations
* Designing marketing collateral including event logos, promotional graphics, flyers, digital advertising and conference signage
* Creating visual assets for LinkedIn, newsletters and digital campaigns
Designing event materials such as programs, display graphics and exhibition collateral
* Updating website layouts and content, including conference and event websites
* Supporting written communications including announcements, promotional copy and member communications
* Ensuring consistent and professional branding across digital platforms, documents and event environments
About You
You are a creative and organised professional who enjoys producing high-quality marketing materials and working across a variety of projects.
You may have experience in marketing, communications, graphic design or a similar role and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.
We are particularly interested in someone who:
* Has experience producing marketing or design materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
* Enjoys creating graphics and content for LinkedIn and digital communications
* Has some experience updating website content (WordPress or similar platforms)
* Has strong attention to detail and visual presentation
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
