Job Description:
The System Administrator role is a critical position within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Handle complex incident management
* Monitor and manage day-to-day service operations
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain operational procedures
* Collaborate with technical teams to address product-related service issues
* Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a System Administrator role. Experience in either Network, Linux or Application/System support is essential. Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
Broad Understanding:
Broad understanding of server systems, Linux commands or network administration is required.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
