Job Summary
This role involves working as a Pharmacy Assistant/Technician in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the preparation and dispensing processes for prescribed medications, manage medication inventory, and undertake pharmacy administrative work.
About The Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
* Manage medication inventory and ordering supplies.
* Contribute to quality assurance activities and initiatives that support the practice and development of the pharmacy team.
Requirements
* A qualification in a relevant field recognised by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia or Certificate III or IV issued by a Registered Training Organisation in Hospital and Community Pharmacy.
* Able to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Demonstrated understanding and experience of dispensing/issuing of pharmaceuticals in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
