Clinical Care Coordinator - Residential aged care Full-Time Position Traralgon Location The Clinical Care Coordinator will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the Facility Manager and key relevant stakeholders, residents, and families to oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes. The role is supported by the Facility Manager and specialist teams in Quality, Learning and Development, and ACFI who all assist in championing a continuous improvement program in the clinical care of residents at mecwacare .
