The Role
As the Residential / Service / Facility Manager, you will lead a compassionate team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home while ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive care.
* Delivering person-centred care that enhances resident wellbeing
* Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
* Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing team
* Managing budgets, financial performance, and roster costs
* Driving continuous improvement and organisational change initiatives
* Supporting risk management, safety programs, and quality systems
Requirements
We're seeking a leader who is people-focused, culturally respectful, and passionate about improving lives.
* You will ideally bring: Qualifications in business, leadership, nursing, or a clinical discipline (AHPRA registration desirable where relevant)
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated experience leading teams in aged care, healthcare, disability, or human services
* Understanding and respect for Aboriginal culture and culturally safe care practices
* Proven leadership and change management experience
* Strong financial and operational management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to engage positively with Traditional Owners and local community stakeholders
* National Police Clearance and required compliance checks
