About the position We are looking for a creative, motivated person to work in the dynamic social support group team on a permanent part time basis. What you bring A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance. A special interest in chronic disease. A demonstrated ability to work with clients of a diverse backgrounds and demographics. Good interpersonal, documentation and communication skills. Satisfactory Records History Check, being a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
