**The position, but not limited to**
- Closing business leads. No prospecting required, just converting leads
- Overseeing approx. 8 staff
- No portfolio management except for holiday cover or step-in when needed
- Help foster a great working culture
- Involved in budgeting, targets etc alongside the Director
- The 'go-to' person for the staff and needs to manage the staff
- Some marketing or some ideas at least - They have an outsourcing company
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with managing a portfolio and overseeing staff
- Hold a current PM registration & triennial preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Advanced time management and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
