In this role you will supervise the day‐to‐day operations, delegate and monitor workloads, be an escalation point for complex customer enquiries and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service from the well‐established team. To Be Considered For This Opportunity, You Will Need:
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high performing team with a customer service focus
* Well-developed time management, task prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to meet stringent and competing timelines
* Demonstrated ability to manage up, identify potential issues, problem solve and remain outcome focused
* Well-developed computer skills and demonstrated experience with corporate software and Microsoft application
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Hold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers Licence
