We are seeking a dynamic Change Lead to join our Organisational Change Management team.
This highly collaborative position involves working within our Change Management Framework to identify impacts, engage stakeholders, prepare our people for change, and ensuring sustainable change outcomes are achieved.
* Analyse change impacts and stakeholder needs to define change complexity and scope.
* Develop change plans, and deliver tailored solutions including communication, engagement, operational design and development uplift strategies.
