About the Role
You will lead from the front – inspiring, coaching, and developing a passionate team alongside your in-store leadership team. You'll own the numbers, elevate the customer experience and collaborate closely with your team to drive results and build something special.
Day by Day, you will
* Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
* Lead and empower a dynamic team through coaching, training, and goal setting
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store, team and individual performance – celebrate wins and close the gaps
* Nail wage control and rostering to keep the business sharp and efficient
* Bring the energy to visual merchandising, stock management, and shrink prevention
* Create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment for your team and customers
What you Bring
* 2+ years of Store Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics
* Passion for people development and a proven record of team success
* A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point
* Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
* A true 'Make it Happen' mindset – solutions-focused and performance-driven
