**Sales & Onboarding Officer**

**What you will enjoy doing** 
- Support the BOC customer base across Australia and New Zealand with pre-Sales, Onboarding and Sales related tasks ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers and a seamless customer experience for existing customers 
- You will handle are pricing requests, product information enquiries, account creation, and delivery follow ups and enquiries 
- Ensure customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers, by building strong relationships with the regional Sales team 
- Provide feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes 
- Partner with the Zones, supporting them to resolve complex customer issues and recognize that great customer service leads to customer loyalty, which in turn drives the retention and growth of BOC’s customer base. 
**What makes you outstanding** 
- You possess strong time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround time expectations and deliver on those expectations 
- Advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinker with strong communication skills 
- You have good attention to detail, high-level accuracy for data entry/capture 
- Advanced knowledge of SalesForce Case Management and Lead & Opportunity along with knowledge of SAP account and pricing structures as well as the Order to Cash process 
- Previous complex customer dispute/case management experience preferred
