We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Real Estate Sales/ Admin member to join the team at Heron Johns First National Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
* Preparing property listings, brochures and marketing material
* Data base management and general administration tasks
* Processing and assisting with sales contracts, liaising with buyers, sellers and settlement agents
* Schedule and coordinate photo shoots and home opens
* Prepare and maintain Media Marketing
What we're looking for
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
* Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Positive, vibrant and energetic attitude with a passion for real estate
* Certificate IV in Real Estate preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
