* Providing administrative support to the Parks & Gardens team, including assisting team members and maintaining accurate records

* Liaising with clients and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

* Maintaining a clean and organized depot and storage area to ensure efficient operations

* Supporting capital works project planning and delivery, including coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

* A relevant post-secondary qualification or minimum 3 years of secretarial and administrative experience
">
* Demonstrated experience in facilities/depot/site management, including maintenance and upkeep of equipment and supplies
">
* Proficiency in computer applications associated with the position, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet
">
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
">
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with diverse stakeholders

* A current Driver's Licence, enabling travel to various locations as required
