Customer Service / Administrative Officer (casual basis) covering front desk and reception duties across Dalkeith Heights & Gardens, Traralgon, VIC.
Responsibilities
* Perform front desk and reception duties across both the retirement village and aged care facility.
* Provide administrative support to site managers and teams as required.
* Assist with tours of the facility and village when requested.
* Maintain office records and supplies.
* Support scheduling of meetings, site events, or training sessions when on shift.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service.
* Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
* Ability to work across both retirement living and aged care environments.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in working with older people.
* Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice preferred.
* Compliance with required immunisations (e.g., annual flu vaccine).
