We pride ourselves on arriving to work each day with a goal to instil those values with each coach we send out in service.The position includes, but is not limited to the following:ResponsibilitiesDepot Roll in and outs every day to ensure vehicles are departing safely and on timeMonitor of Fleet cleanlinessMonitor Driver presentation and uniformsTracking fleet movementsUse of radio communications(two way communication)Every 3 weeks you will be required to have the afterhours mobile for one week with training providedAssist with location coordinator for large movements like full school inter athletics carnivals etcSchedule of day to day fleet movementsAdditional tasks as requiredAssist with Sales Manager to set Sale tasksKnowledge in the administration and implementation of fatigue management strategies are preferred but not essentialExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to work as a team memberStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-taskA demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality and standard of customer carePrevious experience in a similar position is preferred but not essentialThis is a fast paced and high intensity environment, previous experience within the bus industry would be highly regarded, but not essential for this position.You must have sound written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to change.
