HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging and older persons' mental health.

**About the role**

This role provides administration support for our admissions process for Bond House, one of our Hammondville Residential Care sites. This role also supports the Admissions Co-ordinator to admit prospective residents, and their representatives, as they journey to appropriate Residential Care services whilst also meeting occupancy targets.

**_ This is a permanent part-time role 22.8 hours per week working 3 days per week or shorter hours across 4 days. The role is based at Bond House in Hammondville._**

**Key responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to key staff around the admissions process
- Contacting residential enquiries/leads and updating on customer relationship management systems
- Supporting the promotion of HammondCare's organisational reputation, driving occupancy levels and in fulfilling HammondCare's mission
- Conducting customer experience surveys

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration role with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to engage with external stakeholders and develop constructive relationships to promote HammondCare
- Demonstrated financial/data acumen
- Exceptional computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
- Drivers licence & ability to travel
- Experience and knowledge of the Aged Care industry (desirable)
