Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse who shares our passion for making a real impact in their local community. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting clients in Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas by providing high-quality care that promotes independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering clinical care that meets the needs of our clients
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and regular reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes
* Care planning and coordination to promote client independence and safety
* Advocating for clients to ensure their voice is heard
* Providing health education to empower clients and their families
* Monitoring health and reporting outcomes to inform care decisions
* Networking and promoting our services to improve access and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration
* At least 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care
* A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence with minimum Third-Party Damage Insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate level computer skills
* Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
