Case manager - melton

Fixed term, full time position until March 2026 based in Melton. Salary band of $86,691 – $93,275 plus superannuation and yearly increases.

• Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour.
• Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process.
• Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
• Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements.

• Demonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours.
• Builds positive working relationships and enjoys working in a small, close-knit team.
• Understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals.
• Practices modelling pro social behaviours and motivates those around them.
• Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
