About the role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities will include conducting workshops, eliciting and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, developing system documentation, process mapping, planning and co-ordination, and supporting business process change.
About You:
* Tertiary qualification(s) in business analysis, technology-related or data management field.
* 3+ years of Business Analyst experience working with cross functional teams or within a PMO.
* BABOK or similar certification.
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops effectively to elicit requirements and develop and implement new processes.
* Understanding of technical concepts and terminologies and can express these in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
* Prior experience with, and strong comfort using, collaboration tools such as Azure Dev Ops (or Jira), SharePoint and O365 suite including Visio.
