Commercial Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support our end-to-end tendering process. This role will play a key part in ensuring documentation accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of proposals while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Distribute client ITT documents to internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate input from internal departments and external consultants.
* Prepare, format, and submit proposals and supporting documentation.
* Manage vendor/supplier and customer prequalification submissions.
* Maintain opportunity and tender tracking in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Assist with cost estimation, pricing strategies, and subcontractor quotations.
* Respond to client queries and requests for information.
* Support continuous improvement of commercial processes.
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of business case studies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV (desired but not mandatory).
* Minimum 2 years in commercial administration or bid coordination (preferred).
* Strong understanding of contracts and commercial practices.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; Dynamics 365 experience is an asset.
* Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
* Industry experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, Resources, or Construction is beneficial.
