Days per year Study leave can be negotiated.Professional Development opportunities up to $3,000 per year10 days Ceremonial LeaveAccess to a free Employee Assistance Program for work and non-work relatedEx-Gratia leave of 3 paid days during Christmas close down (excl. casuals)Contract Duration: Fixed Term for 12 monthsWork hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 08:00am - 04:30pmLocation: Alice SpringsApplications close: COB Friday 19 September 2025-Applications will be reviewed upon receiptRole Description:The Health Systems Support Officer will participate as a member of the Health Systems Team and will report to the Health Systems Manager.This is an administration operational role to support the Health Systems and PHMO teams with some support to the AMSANT Alice Springs Office with clerical/administration related tasks to ensure efficient operations of the office.Responsibilities:General Office Duties:
• Coordinate general office supports for the Alice Springs staff.

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

• Maintain office filing systems (both electronic and physical).

• Assist in ensuring Alice Springs vehicles are maintained and repaired as required
• Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasksAdministrative Support:
•Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the Health Systems and PHMO teams.

•Prepare minutes, reports, presentations, correspondence and newsletters as required for the Health Systems and PHMO teams.
