Responsibilities
* International customer service in cooperation with the local sales organizations and maintenance of the associated data.
* Defining and implementing strategies to strengthen business relationships with our customers.
* Profitable and sustainable revenue growth in your area of responsibility.
* Acquisition and advice of customers regarding technical solutions and the feasibility of new projects in coordination with the technical department.
* Responsibility for tender preparation in close cooperation with the internal areas of technology, internal sales and project management.
* Representation of the company and sustainable development of relationships with the customer.
* Presentation and active distribution of Spheros products.
Qualifications
* Preferable a completed degree (bachelor, master or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or any comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
* Several years of experience in key account management in the automotive industry is an advantage.
* Proven success in sales of technical products requiring explanation.
* Hands-on experience in the areas mentioned above.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and a decisive but friendly demeanor.
* Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel.
* Very good written and spoken English skills are required.
