Senior Accountant (Projects)
Well established services business, is seeking a qualified accountant – CA/CPA to help drive the revenue accounting and reporting team. Reporting to the CFO, you will support accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance across funded projects while providing financial insight to support operational decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounting for projects and funding arrangements, including revenue and cost tracking
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and funding requirements
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
* Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
* Prepare regular financial reports, including performance analysis and variance reporting
* Monitor and escalate financial risks and issues
* Assist with accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month‐end processes
* Contribute to process improvements and general finance activities
Requirements
* Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., CA/CPA or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles
* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in project or funding environments (desirable)
