Project Support Specialist

As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding Australia's interests and contributing to its defence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support project managers in setting priorities, workflows, and managing work packages.
* Prepare and review project documentation, including strategies, plans, and estimates.
* Facilitate briefings, workshops, and reports for Defence stakeholders.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams for discrete tasks and ensure delivery to scope, cost, and schedule.
* Assist with complex procurement activities, including FMS requests and tender evaluations.
* Experience in project/program management supporting Defence, ideally on a CASG project.
* Strong communication and technical writing skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments.
* Experience with Defence finance systems and procurement processes.
* Relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
