About the Role
We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join and support our team. In this role you will lead the development and delivery of a high performing online business strategy for your category while ensuring the website offers an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with direct to consumer teams, category leads and marketing partners to create engaging content, shape promotional plans and optimise the online journey. With a strong focus on commercial growth you will oversee product, price and promotional execution across the online ecosystem and ensure all digital experiences support sales targets and long term success.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain and execute the online business strategy for the category.
* Create and manage annual product and promotional plans aligned to sales goals.
* Review engagement data to identify gaps and improve content and site performance.
* Lead and coordinate projects, gathering requirements and recommending solutions.
* Partner with brand, category and DTC teams to support product launches and promotions.
* Manage site content and design using content management systems across all online touchpoints.
* Monitor web traffic, conversions and promotional performance and report insights.
* Drive web merchandising, content and design improvements to enhance the customer journey.
* Oversee websites, portals and microsites including content reviews and product and price updates.
* Provide specialist advice on content management, information architecture and search engine optimisation.
About You
* Degree in commerce, business or marketing.
* Experience in ecommerce sales within a fast paced environment.
* Strong analytical thinking with sound commercial judgement.
* Hands on approach with confidence in entrepreneurial and dynamic settings.
* Solid experience with web publishing and CMS platforms.
