Facility Manager
Are you a passionate leader looking to make a real impact in regional aged care? An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Facility Manager to lead a small facility within the Townsville region.
You will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the residential care home and implement high standards across all aspects of care in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical and operational leadership to the care team.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation outcomes.
* Maintaining a resident first culture.
* Foster and develop community ties to maintain standing.
Essential:
* Current AHPRA Registration (Division 1 RN)
* 3 years experience with recent leadership in aged care
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
* Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
