As a key player in our retail store network, you will be responsible for championing the success of our franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive performance across tyre, auto service, and retail categories.
* Foster strong, respectful partnerships with franchisees, promoting collaboration and mutual growth.
* Ensure operational excellence by supporting new stores and franchisees through effective onboarding and training.
* Achieve sales and profit targets while implementing programs to boost results and maintain market leadership position.
* Champion safe and sustainable practices, promoting Bridgestone's 'Perfect Safety' vision and E8 Commitment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field sales—ideally within the automotive or tyre industry.
* Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, franchising or a related discipline are desirable
* Understanding of business planning, performance management, and customer engagement.
* Knowledge and understanding of the Franchising code of Conduct.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
* Collaborative spirit and a commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to travel across your region to support franchisees and drive performance.
