About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of ourbrand working across multiple channels. This position will be basedat our head office in Warwick Farm.
You'll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety ofCustomer issues using empathy, understanding and problem-solving.
To be successful in this role you need to have previous CustomerService Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positiveoutlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm underpressure.
The role will involve the following:
1. Handling inbound telephone calls and on-line serviceappointment enquiries
2. Creating service appointments for customers in ourdatabase
3. Monitor and action all activity in our department'smailbox
4. Managing outbound calls and SMS to customers
5. Liaising with our service and sales teams to assist ourcustomers
The successful candidate will need thefollowing:
6. Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
7. Proven Customer Service experience
8. Ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
9. Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
10. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism whenspeaking with customers
11. Possess a positive attitude
12. High level of organisation skills
13. Ability to work closely in a busy team environment
