The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Engineer to lead a portfolio of civil and concrete remediation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway toward senior project management as our business continues to grow in step with the region’s infrastructure demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and delivery of concrete remediation and civil infrastructure works
* Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
* Supervise and support site teams, junior engineers, and subcontractors
* Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance across all works
* Provide detailed cost tracking, progress reporting, and client liaison
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and outcomes
About You:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in civil construction or remediation projects
* Undergraduate candidates will be assessed for future growth
* Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, materials, and QA processes
* Experience working on mid-sized projects ($250K – $5M range)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence
* Brisbane-based or willing to travel across SEQ as needed
