What You Will Do
* Educational Leadership: Drive the development and delivery of industry training programs, ensuring they align with industry demands and equip students with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the workforce.
* Strategic Planning: Lead the establishment and expansion of Port Augusta Technical College including the accommodations facilities.
* Partnership Building: Collaborate with industry leaders, employer partners, and high schools to create pathways for students' seamless transition into apprenticeships, traineeships, entry‐level employment, or further education.
What You Will Need
* High level experience in delivery, implementation and evaluation of vocational education and or innovative programs in partnership with industry and employers.
* Ability to lead staff in a complex multi‐stakeholder environment including the ability to problem solve, communicate and enact solutions.
* Management experience for effective operations (strategy, finance, performance monitoring) relevant to the running of the Port Augusta Technical College.
