About the Role
As an integral part of the conveyancing team, you’ll manage property matters end-to-end — working directly with clients, brokers, and agents to deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, supported by smart systems and a collaborative team that values autonomy and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong multi-jurisdictional expertise in WA, SA, NSW, VIC or TAS (ANY TWO STATES, BUT MUST INCLUDE WA)
- Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
- Confident using PEXA and practice management tools such as Smokeball, TriConvey, or similar
Key Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing matters from contract to settlement
- Liaise confidently with clients, brokers, and agents
- Work autonomously with precision
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes
