Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure) needed for a 6-month contract in Brisbane, QLD Hybrid Your new company You'll be joining a large, enterprise-scale public sector organisation based in Brisbane that delivers critical digital and technology services to support the city and its community. The organisation is heavily invested in cloud modernisation and operates a mature Azure cloud environment with strong governance, security, and engineering standards. Your new role As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure), you will be part of the Cloud Enablement Team, providing senior technical leadership across the design, build, automation, and support of Azure cloud platforms. This is a hand-on contract role where you will work closely with architects, security teams, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-optimised cloud solutions. You'll play a key role in cloud platform operations, automation, and continuous improvement, while also mentoring engineers and uplifting overall cloud capability across the organisation.
