About the Role:
* Provide full executive support to a top agent: calendar, inbox, appointments, and client liaison
* Coordinate listing campaigns, private inspections, and settlements
* Prepare marketing materials, sales proposals, and vendor reports
* Manage communication between buyers, vendors, solicitors, and service providers
* Be the right hand to an agent known for premium results and fast-paced campaigns
The Candidate:
As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is highly advantageous. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:
