As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the general Perth - Metro South Area.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within the food sector, and possess exceptional communication skills to develop strong relationships.
* Manage designated sales territory to maximise sales through in-store execution, supporting head office promotions, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of activities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive business growth and improve market share.
Responsibilities
This role requires:
* Management of a team of merchandisers to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
* Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Ability to travel regionally as required.
