This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining high service levels, and driving continuous improvement across logistics functions.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.* Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.* Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers.* Provide leadership, coaching and support to our Procurement Specialist* Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.* Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.**About You:*** Proven experience (4-5 years) in logistics or supply chain management within the FMCG industry.* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP).* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.Church & Dwight is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
