Licensed Capacity: 94 places Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide pedagogy, mentor educators, and embed high-quality practice across the service. This is a role for a leader who enjoys influencing teaching practice, strengthening reflective culture, and supporting teams to deliver meaningful learning outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS. * Build strong, professional relationships with educators, families, and leaders
What You’ll Bring
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or senior educator role
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes
* Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
* A collaborative leadership style with confident communication skills
