The Role Description
We Seek an Experienced Learning & Culture Partner to Shape our Organizational Capabilities through Designing Developing and Implementing Responsive Learning Frameworks and Programs Aligned with Strategic and Compliance Standards Including the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Developing Comprehensive Learning and Education Initiatives
* Providing Expertise on Organizational Learning Objectives
* Managing Projects Timelines Budgets and Communication Plans
* Partnering with Stakeholders Across the Organization
* Embedding a Culture of Continuous Learning with Career Development Pathways Mentorship and Coaching
* Managing Key Experience Activities Such as Volunteer Programs Diversity Initiatives Workforce Management and Employee Feedback Frameworks
About the Ideal Candidate
To Succeed You Will Have:
* Relevant Experience in a Similar Role with Tertiary Qualifications in HR Organizational Development or Related Fields
* Deep Expertise in Organizational Development Employee Engagement and Experience
* Strong Planning Stakeholder Engagement and Analytical Skills
* Knowledge of Aged Care Standards Legislation and Obligations
* Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Abilities
* Excellent Communication Negotiation and Stakeholder Management Skills
You Should be a Discreet Problem-Solver with a Collaborative Approach Comfort Working in a Changing Environment
